Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1‑3 business days (mattresses); 3‑7 business days (beds, guardrails).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Small items (mattresses): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Beds & guardrails: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Mattresses: 5‑10 days; Beds via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Beds)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for beds at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Beds: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; tracking labels and registration card included.

  • Guardrails: Boxed with protective padding; warning labels visible.

  • Mattresses: Compressed, rolled, and boxed; law label visible; GCC documentation included.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
